1. Field of application
These General Conditions of Sale presented below, exclusively determine the contractual relations between the customer, the user of the online platform and the GP85 Shop.
Browsing the site with the purchase of any product on the platform implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

2. Contents and Prices
The prices indicated on our platform are presented in Euros, with taxes and fees included. GP85 Shop reserves the right to modify prices at any time and without prior notice.
Despite efforts to insert the contents, the G85 Shop is not responsible for errors in prices, technical information or product descriptions on our website.
Whenever an order is received, the GP85 Shop analyzes all the values ​​of the order and if the value of the product does not correspond to the stipulated, the customer will be notified, who can choose to pay the difference or cancel the order without any prejudice to the same. .

3. Availability and Delivery
GP85 Shop is committed to respecting the delivery deadlines of an order if there is stock availability.
The average delivery time of an order upon registration and respective payment is subject to the availability and location of our supplier. Any delay in relation to the estimate presented does not entitle you to compensation.
All types of shipment will only be carried out on working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Cancellations and returns
Failure to pay for the order within 7 (seven) days after the date on which it was placed implies the automatic cancellation of the order.

The customer may cancel his order while it is being processed without prejudice to it. For that, just send an email to geral@gp85shp.com stating your intention, with the respective order number.

If the order is in preparation, the customer can also cancel it, however, there will be a cost associated with handling expenses corresponding to 10% of the value of the merchandise.

Upon receipt of the order by the customer, the customer may exercise their right of free withdrawal under the legally established terms and indicated below, namely, in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.

The customer reserves the right to exercise the right of free termination within a maximum period of 14 days from:
– Day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase and sale contracts, or:

– Day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately;

-Day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last batch or element, in the case of delivery of a good consisting of several batches or elements

– Day on which the consumer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the first good, in the case of periodic delivery contracts of goods during a certain period:

In order to exercise his right of free termination, the customer must communicate to the GP85 Shop his decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (eg registered letter sent by post or email).

For the period of free resolution to be respected, it will be enough that the communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent to the GP85 Shop. before the termination period expires.

In case of exercising the right of free withdrawal, the customer will be reimbursed for all payments made, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the GP85 Shop is informed of the decision to terminate the contract concluded.

We will make refunds using the same payment method that the customer used in the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. In any case you do not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

The GP85 Shop may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until you provide us with proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

The refund will only be made after checking the status of the product.

All costs associated with the return of the goods, following the exercise of the right of free withdrawal, must be borne by the customer in full, as well as the handling expenses corresponding to 10% of the value of the goods.

The customer will be responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

There is no right of free resolution in the following cases:
Providing goods made to customer specifications or manifestly customized;

Supply of goods which, after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles.

Upon return, only products will be accepted under the following conditions:

Failure to apply the material;

The packaging must be strictly intact as shipped;

Any material that is returned cannot be damaged in any way;

Battery exchanges or returns are not accepted, except for non-compliance.

How to return:
After prior contact with the GP85 Shop ( geral@gp85shop.com ) and having been given instructions for the respective return, you can send us the item properly packed, with original packaging, to the following address: Via do Oriente nº18 2nd floor E12 1990 -514 Lisbon
Any articles that have been used will not be accepted.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return those who respect the return conditions.

The customer will have to return the goods, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed the GP85 Shop of the free termination of the contract, considering that it is respected if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of that 14-day period.

In case of rejection due to non-compliance with the return conditions, the collection of the material will be at the customer’s expense, with a maximum period of 15 working days to collect it. After this period, the material will be considered abandoned.

5. Warranty and claims
These will only be accepted upon verification by our technical department and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, followed by the product manufacturer’s analysis.

In case the claim is accepted by the manufacturer, we will proceed in accordance with the paragraph below.

All products have a manufacturer’s warranty against defects attributable to their manufacture, and the warranty must be complied with within 6 months after the complaint, and such complaint must never exceed 2 years after the purchase. Whenever this occurs, they will be analyzed and replaced after approval by the manufacturer, free of charge, unless stock breaks, implying a more extended period by the Supplier.

The warranties do not include the payment of indemnities or any other expenses required by the malfunction or application/assembly of the products represented by our company.

Warranty Exclusion:
Normal wear and tear of the product;

Defects caused by incorrect handling;
